WinSCP Hidden Folder Problem
WinSCP is set to not show hidden folders by default. For this reason, winscp can cause problems not showing .htaccess.
To prevent this, you can use CTRL + ALT + H Shortcut.
Or
You can use the options / Panels / Show hidden files option.
